Will all of my items be delivered together?

Due to different items having different delivery methods, there is a possibility some of your items may be delivered separately, despite being ordered together. Standard delivery doesn’t cater for bulky items, and some products of a certain size or containing other restrictions may be delivered directly from our suppliers. {see Supplier Delivered}

What happens if i’m not in when you try to deliver?

If you’re out when we attempt to deliver your order, we will let you know that somebody has tried to deliver your items and also ask to arrange delivery for your next convenient day, so you know exactly when to expect your order. If delivery is a difficult option for you, why not try our Click & Collect service? {see Click & Collect}

Can Hillsborough Fencing let me know the exact time of my delivery?

Due to the volume of orders we receive, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time, which is why we generally offer a delivery slot of between 7am and 6pm {see When will my order be delivered?}. If your order is being delivered by a supplier, you will be contacted directly by the supplier to arrange a convenient delivery date {see Supplier Delivered}.

Can I change my delivery date?
