When will my order be delivered?

Standard Delivery

What is Standard delivery?

We offer an In-House delivery service for the majority of our products. These products are available for 1-2 working days delivery, depending upon the time you order and subject to availability.

When will you deliver?

Standard delivery times are 3-5 working days - however this can increase during busy periods. We will notify you after the order has been placed by email as to which day you should expect your delivery.

  • If you order by 4pm Monday - Wednesday, we will deliver your product/s within 2 working days.
  • If you order by 4pm on Thursday - Friday, we will deliver your product/s the following Monday.
  • If you order between 5pm on Friday and 5pm on Sunday,we will deliver your product/s the following Tuesday.

Our daily delivery time is between 7.30am and 4.30pm. To request a specific day please email us at webenquiries@hillsboroughfencing.com

Can you deliver on Saturdays?

Subject to availability. Saturday delivery will cost an extra £5 and you will need to order by 4pm on Thursday for products with a normal lead time. For products with a 7-day lead-time, delivery will be made the Saturday after you place your order, so your products will take over 7-days to be delivered.

What about products with a 7-day lead time?

We will aim to deliver these products within 7 working days; between 7.30am and 4.30pm. We will let you know when your order will be delivered.

What are bulky products?

Examples of some of our bulky products are:

  • Fencing,
  • Sheds,
  • Decking,
  • Gates,
  • Artificial Grass,
  • Seats

We deliver large bulky products 6 days a week (additional charges for Saturday delivery). We may be able to deliver your order the next working day, depending on availability and space on our delivery vehicles. However, some of our heavier products have a longer lead-time and we will contact you to discuss delivery. The price of your large bulky delivery will depend on your location and preferred delivery day see 'How Much Will My Delivery Cost?’

Where will you deliver?

This will depend on when you place your order:

  • If you order by 4pm Monday to Thursday, we'll deliver the next day.
  • If you order by 5pm on Friday, we'll deliver the following Monday.
  • If you order between 5pm on Friday and 5pm on Sunday, we'll deliver the following Tuesday.

We usually deliver between 7am and 8pm. As we can't always offer next day delivery for large bulky products, we'll contact you by text or phone to confirm when your order will be delivered.

What about products with a 7 day lead time?

We'll aim to deliver these products within 7 working days, between 7am and 8pm. We'll let you know when your order will be delivered.

What are Supplier Delivered orders?

Due to some products being of a larger size or containing other restrictions, they can be delivered directly from our suppliers. Please be aware that even when placed in the same order, Supplier Delivered and bulky items will always be delivered separately.

When will my order be delivered?
Supplier Deliveries generally take place between Monday and Friday, with delivery slots varying with products and suppliers. You'll be directly contacted by our suppliers to arrange a convenient delivery date, so you know exactly when to expect your order.

Hillsborough Fencing delivers to mainland UK (Great Britain) addresses, with delivery prices varying with regards to your location and the weight and value of your order. Please check our Postcode Matrix to find addresses. For more information, read our delivery terms & conditions.

Supplier Delivered

Our suppliers will deliver to most mainland UK (Great Britain) locations. Some remote areas may not be covered, depending on the supplier. Please contact us at webenquiries@hillsboroughfencing.com for more information.

Click & Collect

Due to the increase in orders, deliveries and click and collect have now been put on hold. We advise all customers to call the office on 0114 234 3924 to order your products.

Hillsborough Fencing currently offer a free service which allows you to place an order online and choose whether to have it delivered (with a charge) or pick it up in-store, completely free of charge {click to address}. We will aim to have your product/s ready to take home with you within two hours of receiving your order, subject to availability and store trading hours. {click to opening times}

How do I place a Click & Collect order?
You can order online at any time from the Hillsborough Fencing website.

Monday: 8am to 5pm

When you've placed an order, we'll send you confirmation by email and let you know when your products are ready for collection. You'll need to bring your order confirmation email, either printed or on your mobile device, with you when you collect your order.

How long will my order be held?

Your order will be held at your chosen store for 7 days from the time your order confirmation email is sent. We will get in touch if you don't collect your order within the timeframe specified.
*Your call will be charged at the same rate as calling a landline; call rates from mobile providers will vary.
